The Social Observatory of West Region La Matanza National University, Argentina, trains local leaders for economic and social development
The Program for Training Local Development Agents (FADEL) created by the Social Observatory of West Region in La Matanza National University has the aim of training teachers, researchers, academics, students and local leaders in the management and implementation of public policies.
Since its cration in 2005, FADEL has offered tools for designing, implementing and managing public policies with the aim of pormoting the economic and social development in the West Region of Argentina, where the La Matanza National University (Universidad Nacional de la Matanza - UNLaM) is located.
The program, promoted by the Social Observatory of West Region in UNLaM, includes seminars in education in human rights, social projects training, social technologies and communication, among others.
