Today, with 31 years of experience in the education sector in Colombia, Maria Cano University Foundation is present in the provinces of Antioquia, Huila, Cauca and Valle del Cauca, committed to continuing as to consolidate the principles that build the future of Colombia, through the integral formation, the generation and development of knowledge in all forms and expressions, to consolidate itself more and more as a development factor in scientific, cultural, economic and ethics, in contexts such as local, regional, domestic and international.
During its three decades of work, Maria Cano University has consolidated three faculties: Health Sciences, Business Studies and Engineering. Through the Faculty of Health Sciences, it offers Physical Therapy Programs (in Medellin, Cali, Neiva and Popayan), Psychology, and Phonoaudiology; in the Faculty of Business Sciences it proposes programs in Business Administration and Public Accounting, under the face-to-face and online training methodologies; Similarly, in the Faculty of Engineering it offers programs in Software Engineering, Biomedical Technology and Technology in Robotics and Automation. Basically, each program has a research line in which we enclose the possibilities of collaboration with other institutions.
“The Maria Cano” also features the Advanced Training Center, which offers specializations in Occupational Health Management, Phonoaudiology, Health Services Administration, Senior Management and the new program of Relational Marketing Management, which is a pioneer in Colombia. In the same manner, our institution has a wide range of diploma courses that aim for the professional qualification of Colombians. Also, The Maria Cano SSI offers services of Physiotherapy, Motion Analysis Laboratory, Phonoaudiology, Psychology and General Medicine.

The Maria Cano University Foundation, an institution of higher education, will be recognized for the training of entrepreneurial and innovative professionals by 2026; the quality of its programs and services; the transfer of knowledge to solve problems and needs of the environment, participation in knowledge networks and national and international cooperation; and the contribution to the development and transformation of communities and organizations.
