IAU Open consultation on shaping higher education in the digital era

In light of rapid digital transformations in higher education (and beyond), the International Association of Universities (IAU) is developing a Policy Statement to outline the key values and principles that must underpin these changes. In order to ensure that the statement reflects a diversity of voices and perspectives, IAU has created an open consultation targeting university staff engaged in relevant fields.

The GUNi network encourages its members and all higher education institutions to participate!

The questionnaire is available online in English, French and Spanish, and takes less than 20 minutes to complete. It inquires about institutional policies as well as perceptions of risks and benefits regarding technological developments. Click here to participate!

Digital transformation is irreversible and ubiquitous. It is thus vital to understand and shape this process to ensure a better future for higher education. The aim of the policy statement is precisely to raise awareness of the issues at stake, serve as guiding principles for higher education institutions and inform policymaking. Contributions from university staff and faculty will be key in guiding this process and informing IAU's policy statement.
