First publication of the TEFCE project: Mapping and Critical Synthesis of Current State-of-the-Art on Community Engagement in Higher Education
The first TEFCE publication is out! “Mapping and Critical Synthesis of Current State-of-the-Art on Community Engagement in Higher Education"

This publication defines the concept of community engagement in higher education and its role in contemporary debates about the role of higher education in the 21st century and maps international initiatives and projects that have attempted to develop frameworks for monitoring/measuring community engagement. The publication identifies the needs, gaps and opportunities for a European framework for community engagement of higher education.
The TEFCE project, which will last from 2018 to 2020, is led by the Institute for the Development of Education (Croatia) and Technische Universität Dresden (Germany) and will gather leading researchers, universities, local authorities and university networks from seven EU Member States. The forthcoming project meeting will be hosted by GUNi in Barcelona in January 2019. Visit our website from time to time to get the lastest updates on the project!
