Talloires Network Leaders Conference

The report is an attempt to capture some of the richness of the debate of including whether there is a North-South divide in civic engagement, how universities can promote civic engagement, their role in processes of political transition, democratization and post conflict peace-building as well as what institutions are doing in areas such as technology and social change, access and widening participation, sustainable development and response to natural disasters.
