Edupost2015 calls for the contribution in the international debate on education

29/04/2015

Since 2015 is a key year regarding global issues, Education Post 2015 calls upon all stakeholders to reflect and discuss about education in the world.

Education Post 2015. Equity and equality for all is a project lead by the UNESCOCAT and the Jaume Bofill Foundation which aims to contribute for the establishment of the objectives for the global education agenda post-2015.

In this regard, Education Post 2015 provides an opportunity for those who want to contribute in the debate of education for the next 15 year. To get involved in this project you can propose objectives which aim to improve in the world from now until 2030.

Access, Equity and Quality was the three main issues which were presented so far on the debate about international education. You can bring new ideas and propose objectives that you think are relevant to improve education worldwide.

The result of this previous thinking will be submitted to UNESCO and the international community this year to reinforce the role of education in the review of the Millenium Development Goals and contribute in the reformulation of the Sustainable Development Goals post-2015. This previous debate will also provide new ideas to be reflected at the World Education Forum (May) and the 38th Session of the General Conference of UNESCO (November).
