Graduated in computer science from MCRP University and GNIIT from NIIT Academy, completed M.SC(Computer Science) from Annamalai University and M.Phil(Computer Science) from VMU with First Class .Joined NIIT as Jr Faculty on Nov, 2002. Served NIIT for more than 4 years. During the period of NIIT service, he was deputed in schools like Delhi Public School,Maria's Public School. On part time basis he joined "Darwin" a Business School in Guwahati as Lecturer. During this period he conducted month long summer workshop on computers for school students and organized All Assam IT Eassy Contest. On 2006, he joined Dibrugarh University as Assistant Professor in Centre for Bioinformatics Studies.Published research papers in various national and international journals, presented papers in various conferences. He is member in various research organizations like United Nations , PEOI , CSTA(USA), IAENG(Hong Kong), IACSIT(Singapore), Mosharaka International Research Studies. On 2012 joined Commonwealth of Learning as Consultant. He is presently member of editorial board for more than 8 International Journals and reviewer and Technical Program Commitee member of many International conferences.
