Ko Nomura is an associate professor at the Graduate School of Environmental Studies at Nagoya University, Japan. His research interests are environmental politics and environmental education in East Asia, particularly the role of non-governmental environmental organizations. Previously, he held research positions at Rikkyo University's ESD Research Centre and the Institute for Global Environmental Strategies. He has also worked on development assistance activities in Southeast Asia, particularly Indonesia.
