Karel Mulder heads the unit of Technology Dynamics & Sustainable Development at Delft University of Technology. He teaches Sustainable Development to engineering students and wrote “Sustainable Development for Engineers” (2006). Mulder holds an engineering degree and a doctorate in Business administration (1992). He founded and presided the Technology & Society department of the Netherlands Royal Institute iof Engineers. He initiated the Engineering Education in Sustainable Development conferences.
