Erasmus student exchange program to expandThe European Commission has announced that the number of Erasmus study abroad exchanges will increase nearly twofold, seeing nearly five million students study abroad between 2014 and 2020. Erasmus programs see students study in a foreign country for at least three months, and will also include the Erasmus Mundus program, which is open to students from around the world, not only to Europeans, and will also expand to countries outside the EU.
