5th ICQAHEA Capacity Building Workshop on Development of Competencies and Qualification Frameworks for Technical and Vocational Skills Development in Africa

Scheduled as a twin event with the 5^th International Conference on Quality Assurance in Higher Education in Africa (ICQAHEA), this capacity building (training) workshop is aimed at providing hands-on experiences on how to develop and implement National Qualifications Frameworks (NQFs) for Technical and Vocational Skills Development (TVSD) through the sharing of experiences by a variety of countries with best practices. The event, like the Conference, is also organized by the UNESCO Bamako Cluster Office, the West African Economic and Monetary Union (UEMOA), and the Global University Network for Innovation-Africa (GUNi-Africa).

This workshop is aimed at all stakeholders in TVSD, specifically senior programme specialists, researchers, practitioners, employers and higher education experts in accreditation and quality assurance.

Papers or posters are accepted until or before July 30^th, 2012.
