Gender Equity for Sustainable Development in Jomo Kenyatta University

The Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), Kenya, hold the gender’s week on June 21-24 with the aim of sensitizes gender diversity and raising awareness on gender issues in the University and beyond. The theme of this event was Gender Equity for Sustainable Development.

 

JKUAT’ sensitization campaigns and policy guidelines have been rolled out as part of a strategy to address gender issues in the University.
