— filed under:

As part of its corporate social responsibility, the Islamic University in Uganda (IUIU) organized the 22nd Mobile Clinic, from June 23 to July 3. This is a 10 days Education workshop and Mobile health Clinics open to citizenship and held at the Islamic University in Uganda Females’ Campus, Kabojja.

A team of medical experts sent by The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, through its Ministry of health and National Guard, the Ministry of Health in Uganda and the IUIU medical team takes part of the project.

The event aims to sensitize citizens on health matters and offer free treatment to the general public. The IUIU organizes the Mobile Clinic in conjunction with The Dawa Committee of Africa under the Ministry for Islamic Affairs, Endowment, Dawa and Guidance of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, coordinated by the Saudi Embassy in Uganda and the Saudi Cultural Centre, Kampala.
