UASNL Lunchsession – Sustainable Cities and Societies

As part of a series of lunch sessions focused on the SDGs and applied research, these events will cover how applied research contributes to societal impact. In a talk show setting, researchers will be interviewed on their research, projects and ambitions. The researchers will bring their own perspective to the table, presenting a broad scope of research and innovation on Sustainable Cities and Communities.

This first edition will kick off with the following speakers:
– Frans Melissen, Breda UAS
– Mieke Oostra, HU UAS Utrecht
– Iain Macdonald, ArtEZ University of the Arts 
– Olivier Schalm, Antwerp Maritime Academy

The GUNi network will contribute to this event by presenting the SDGs from a global perspective by the hand of Josep M. Vilalta (GUNi Director and Executive Secretary at ACUP).

The session will be moderated by Nurhan Abujidi, Zuyd UAS.
