Othman Boucetta received his Masters Degree in International affairs from the Political Science Institute in Paris (Sciences-Po) in 2014. After briefly working for the UNESCO Social and Human Sciences (SHS) sector and for the French Inter-ministerial mission to combat
drugs and addictive behavior (2014), Othman joined the National Consultative Commission for Human Rights of France, working as research officer (2015). Since November 2015, Othman is a Human Rights officer within the International Cooperation and Relations
Department of the National Human Rights Council of Morocco. During the 22nd UN Conference on Climate Change (COP 22), he served as Project manager for the Civil Society Pole. Othman is currently in charge of the follow-up of the subject of sustainable development and the 2030 Agenda.
