Leslie Collazo is a member of the Research Group on Scientific and Environmental Education (GRECA) of the University of Girona (UdG). Professor in the area of didactics of experimental sciences and coordinator of this area of the Master's Degree in Secondary School Teacher Training. Coordinates the Teaching Innovation Network on Objectives for Sustainable Development (SDG) in teaching of UdG. Degree in Biology from the University of Havana (Cuba). Master in Environmental Management and Policies for the University San Pablo-CEU (Spain) and Veolia Environnement (France) and in Education at the University (UdG). Certificate of Eco-leadership and facilitation in the Co-creation of the emerging futures of Schumacher College (United Kingdom). She has a PhD in Education from the UdG, with a thesis in which she proposes a model of teacher training for the Action for Sustainability. Currently, this model is applied in the training of teachers and professors of all levels and specialties. He has participated in several national and international research projects: UE4SD, Academy Colombia, Peru and Chile, EDINSOST. In the field of environmental management, she was assistant director and professor of environmental training workshop for educators of the Ministry of Science, Technology and Environment of Cuba (1999-2002), country where she accumulated experience in the field of Urban Environmental Management at the Center for Integral Transformation of Havana.
