Hammam Alkezmazy is the founder of the Plastics Initiative and the Sustainable Water Initiative (SWI). Till February 2020, the activities of both initiatives have taken place in more than 27 cities in different 6 countries in 3 continents; Africa, Asia, and Europe. Hammam holds a bachelor degree in chemical engineering from Cairo University and a Master Degree in Environmental Engineering & Sustainable Energy from the University of Rovira I Virgili.

During his professional career, Hammam has worked, volunteered, and interned in different sectors; government, enterprises, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and academic institutions. He was involved in teaching duties in primary, secondary, and higher education. Hammam has several publications in the areas of leadership, sustainable development, sustainability, and partnerships.

He is always seeking for challenges related to the Organizational Leadership, Change Management, Innovation, Sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility. Since 2009, He delivered presentations, public speaking, and TV & radio interviews on many different topics. He is passionate about being immersed in interdisciplinary and multicultural rojects.
